The Doctor/Patient Relationship

Outpatient care providers will often persuade patients to switch doctors. At Premier Point, we do not believe this to be in the patient's best interest. The best health outcomes happen when our ambulatory infusion center works with the patient's established providers, ensuring coordinated care and ensuring our patients keep an appropriate schedule with their doctors.

At Premier Point, we view ourselves as an extension of the certifying doctor's care, always honoring the doctor-patient relationship. To make certain any prescribed treatment is covered under the patient's insurance plan, our Premier Point verification team always verifies appropriate health coverage for the proposed dates of service and that the patient's benefit package covers every applicable service. We promptly submit all claims on behalf of our patients, and patients are not involved until claims have been processed by their insurance provider. Flexible payment plans can be arranged upon request.
