If your desired facility is not on the provider list, request an estimate of the fees associated with your prescribed treatment prior to beginning therapy. Premier Point Ambulatory Infusion Centers have locations in Deerfield, Oak Lawn, Oak Brook and Lake Shore Drive. We offer free pick up service (for the first 3 visits) from your home directly to our front door within a 40 mile radius of the center. Appointments are available within 3 business days of contacting us at a time that fits your schedule-including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. And, we guarantee your therapy session will begin within 20 minutes of your scheduled appointment time (requires on-time arrival). See our Locations tab in the menu and select a facility location.
