We at Premier Point Ambulatory Infusion respect and protect the privacy and confidentiality of our patients. Any information pertaining in any manner to the patient is never shared with non-authorized individuals(including spouses, relatives, friends and neighbors) that could identify the patient without a duly signed "Release of Information."
